Housing Options
The Trinity School of Medicine requires that all incoming 1st term students in both Pre-Medical and Medical School reside on-campus apartments to to ease the transition to St. Vincent and their new academic program. While many students choose to live off campus after their 1st term, others prefer the convenience of on-campus living.
On campus apartment options include one and two bedroom units, and double or single rooms. The Canash Cottages shown here provide fully furnished, air conditioned apartments within a gated community that includes oversight by faculty residents. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there is a swimming pool for use by all residents and guests.
All Trinity-sponsored housing comes with weekly housekeeping services. Towels, pillows and coverlet are provided; however, students will have to bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your housing deposit must be received in the Admissions office in Alpharetta, Georgia within 30 days from your official acceptance into the University.
Smoking is not permitted inside Medical School sponsored housing.
There are more than 350 apartments available in St. Vincent for student occupancy. It is Trinity's policy to pre-approve off campus student housing to ensure that safety standards are in compliance. More specific information regarding the charges for housing is available upon request.
