The founders of Trinity School of Medicine have more than 100 years of combined experience in the delivery and execution of complex enterprises such as Trinity School of Medicine. They bring the necessary business skills, financial capital and commitment to make this dream a reality.

Steven R. Wilson – Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wilson has always been an entrepreneur at heart having started his first business in his twenties, which was a corporate travel agency named "Business Travel". Business Travel grew beyond the corporate travel division to include a leisure travel division, a meetings and incentive division, and a cruise division. The business included 19 locations nationally and generated over $35MM in annual revenue after just five years in business.

In 1998, Mr. Wilson founded Enhancement Services Corporation, providing loyalty transaction processing, fulfillment, and call center services to the top financial institutions around the United States. The company provided services for J.P. Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch and Citibank to name a few. The company managed to achieve over $250MM in fulfillment revenue and $20MM in processing and call center revenue annually. The company was purchased by TSYS, the world’s largest credit card processor, in May 2003. Mr. Wilson worked for TSYS for over three years and ultimately decided to leave and start Trinity School of Medicine along with his partner Earl Mainer in 2007.

Mr. Wilson brings his entrepreneurial background and financial business expertise to Trinity School of Medicine.

Earl Mainer – Executive Vice President of Recruitment and Marketing

Mr. Mainer brings over 25 years of Marketing and Recruiting experience to Trinity School of Medicine. Having begun his career with Eastern Airlines in 1979, Mr. Mainer moved into sales and marketing with Eastern Airlines in 1982 and then was promoted to a management position in marketing in 1984. Mr. Mainer left Eastern Airlines to pursue other management opportunities in the travel industry until he joined Mr. Wilson at Enhancement Services Corporation in 2001. Mr. Mainer had a successful two years at Enhancement Services Corporation until he was offered the opportunity at Ross University School of Medicine to be a Senior Associate Director of Admissions in 2003. His job responsibilities included reviewing applicant files, counseling prospective candidates, conducting interviews, recruiting via school visits, health conferences, and graduate fairs. Mr. Mainer trained and supervised Associate Directors of Admission. He was frequently a presenter at national information seminars across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. He was acknowledged for developing articulation and dual degree programs between Ross University School of Medicine and select universities and colleges across the U.S. Mr. Mainer orchestrated and led premed advisors twice a year from all across the U.S. and Canada to the campus in Dominica for the past three years. Mr. Mainer was recognized by Ross University School of Medicine in 2006 for his outstanding performance. He excelled at Ross University School of Medicine for over five years and has recently resigned to become one of the three partners at Trinity School of Medicine.
